Focused On Customer Success – Copado CEO Update
Dear Copado Community,
We want you to know we are thinking about you. Change comes by choice and is sometimes the product of reality. Copado has always been about community, collaboration, and transparent communication. We want to reaffirm our commitment to our employees, customers and the broader community that health and safety is our top priority and will remain central in all our decision making. With that in mind, I want to share what we’re doing as a company.
Copado has always been a globally distributed company where the majority of teams work remotely, at least part-time, so this shift has not affected our operations or focus on customer success. Now, more than ever, we recognize the importance of digital collaboration and the importance of DevOps as a collaboration platform to keep everyone moving forward and communicating across global teams. We remain open and online to support your business.
We have suspended travel and live events for the next 30 days in line with the best practices of global CDC organizations. Over the next few weeks, look forward to new virtual events, accelerated digital learning and certification programs, and the introduction of a new team of Program Architects available to enable DevOps Best Practices with your team. We are committed to our goal of educating over 10,000 new Salesforce DevOps professionals in 2020 to master DevOps and we will continue to expand our virtual community to reach this goal.
We take comfort that Copado and DevOps play a more important business mission than ever before.
