What payment methods can I use?
To purchase a Copado Essentials subscription through the app you will need a credit card. If you require a quote/PO/invoice as part of your procurement process, please contact us at essentials@copado.com
Do I need to enter credit card details to get started?
No. You can sign-in to Copado Essentials using your Salesforce login absolutely free forever, without entering any payment information. When you choose to sign up for a paid subscription we’ll ask you for credit card details or to contact us for a quote/PO/invoice.
Is there a fee for implementation?
There is no fee for implementation. We provide a setup guide and online support to get you up and running.
Do I need one license per salesforce user?
No, our pricing is based on the number of Copado Essentials seats you need, not the size of your Salesforce org.
Can I upgrade to another plan?
Yes, we make it easy to upgrade and downgrade your plan right from the app. You can easily manage your subscription tiers and billing plan at any time.
Is the free edition really free?
Yes! The Free edition is free, forever. The free edition is limited to 15 deploys per month for a single user. Users are unable to share deployments or work with other teammates. To access team collaboration and other paid features you will need to upgrade to Essentials or Essentials+.
Can I view the product documentation?
Yes! Our knowledge base is publicly available and can be accessed here.
Is Essentials or Essentials+ the right tier for me?
Copado Essentials is perfect for small release teams and individual admins/developers who need to quickly understand and deploy changes to orgs.
Copado Essentials+ is designed for teams with more mature release and DevOPs processes where automation, version control, and release pipelines are important for tracking changes between Salesforce orgs.

Can I upgrade to Copado Enterprise?
Absolutely! If you are interested in upgrading to Copado Enterprise to take your DevOps journey to the next level, please contact us. We will credit you for the balance of your Copado Essentials subscription.
Can I trial paid features?
Yes, you have access to all paid features through our free 21-day trial. If you’d like to try features in Essentials+ just connect a Git repository, create a CI Job, or set up your first Work Item. You’ll automatically start a free 21-day trial of Essentials+. After 21 days, these features will be turned off for your account unless you choose to subscribe to the paid edition.
