Copado takes the security of data seriously and although we cannot guarantee that data that we collect can be protected from all possible threats, Copado has put in place physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized or illegal access, destruction, use, modification, or
disclosure in accordance with applicable laws. Copado employees also undergo privacy and security training upon hire and annually thereafter.
Our use and disclosure of non-personal data is not subject to this Policy, however, if you or your employer has entered into a contract or non-disclosure agreement with us, confidential non-personal data will always be protected from disclosure as provided for in the applicable agreements.
