In 2013, two release engineers managing hundreds of Salesforce deployments across a multitude of different orgs, sandboxes and even countries built the first end-to-end native DevOps platform for Salesforce. Today, with close to 500 international employees located in 11 different countries, Copado is redefining how to achieve success on the Salesforce platform with its data-driven approach to delivering faster, higher quality releases and improving trust across customer transformation projects..

Ted is the Chief Executive Officer of Copado. Before joining Copado in November 2018, Ted spent 18 years as the CEO of Jobscience, one of the first 5 ISV partners to Salesforce, until the company’s acquisition by Bullhorn. During his time with Jobscience, Ted experienced the challenges of releasing innovation on the Salesforce platform, and now strives to transform customers’ DevOps processes with Copado, the #1 DevOps platform for Salesforce.

Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Philipp is the co-founder and Chief Strategy officer of Copado. Tired of managing error-prone manual releases, Philipp worked with fellow release engineer Federico Larsen to build a platform to improve release management on the Salesforce platform. As chief strategy officer, he built and manages the Copado Academy with the goal of inspiring widespread usage of DevOps practices for Salesforce.

After 11 years in the IT space, Federico saw a need for a platform that increased the efficiency of complex manual releases on the Salesforce platform. This inspired him to work with fellow release engineer Philipp Rackwitz to build a management system for Salesforce deployments. As the Chief Technology Officer of Copado Federico continues to work to improve and expand the platform’s capabilities to better serve customers.

Mark brings close to 20 years of platform and commercial sales experience from giants like Salesforce and Oracle. He leads Copado’s global revenue functions which includes Sales, Sales Strategy & Operations, Renewals & Expansion, and Customer Growth.

After 6 years working for Salesforce culminating in the position of VP, Success Cloud, Sanjay joined Copado as the Senior Vice President, Growth. He’s now Copado’s COO and manages Operations and Customer Success. Sanjay’s leadership helps guide organizations on their journey through the 5 levels of DevOps maturity to better utilize the power of the Salesforce platform.

With 20+ years of experience in the enterprise software industry, including 6 years as the Director of Product Marketing for and as the VP of Marketing and Alliances at Jitterbit, Andrew  serves as the CMO of Marketing at Copado. He has helped Copado effectively position itself as a DevOps industry leader in the Salesforce ecosystem. 

David Brooks Copado, SVP Product

David spent nearly 9 years at Salesforce as the VP of Product Management building the AppExchange and later managing teams on the platform team. In November 2015, he became the VP of Product Development at Jobscience where he managed the product line until its acquisition by Bullhorn. As the SVP Products at Copado, David oversees product development and management, and is committed to redefining DevOps for the Salesforce platform.

McQueen brings decades of experience working with the most sophisticated Salesforce customers to maximize their cloud investment and deliver their transformation strategies. Most recently, McQueen was Senior Vice President, Distribution Readiness at Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales Engineering, where he led Salesforce’s global pre-sales organization of 600+ technical and functional experts.

David brings 15 years of enterprise software experience to the team and since 2012 has been helping customers realize their strategic vision on the Salesforce platform. David joined Copado in November of 2018 and leads the delivery and enablement teams.

Reddy brings two decades of engineering and CRM experience to Copado from Siebel Systems, Vlocity and Salesforce Industries. Reddy was employee #1 at Vlocity and built the core platforms and industry apps that propelled Vlocity as the leader in industry cloud applications on Salesforce.

As SVP of Customer Success, Sabine has built a diverse team of passionate customer advocates who help our clients capture all the benefits of their cloud transformations at scale.

Before joining Copado, Sabine honed her methodology at Jobscience — where she built a reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction, retention and growth as VP of Customer Success.

Sabine has lived on three continents, speaks five languages, and aims to put Copado customers across the globe at the center of our award-winning suite of DevOps solutions.

Walker is the Chief Financial Officer of Copado. He has spent over 20 years working in finance, and was previously CFO at Pinmare S.L. for 8 years. With extensive experience in guiding companies through periods of transformation as a result of high growth, he is responsible for Copado’s finance team and financial strategy.

With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, Pam’s legal career has evolved to – and her passion lies in – overseeing legal and regulatory compliance matters and providing strategic partnership to internal business partners, the executive team and board of directors.  Most recently, she was General Counsel of Catalytic where she oversaw the legal, finance, compliance and talent teams. Prior to Catalytic, Pam spent 9 years heading up the legal function at Fieldglass and successfully completed Fieldglass’ $1 billion merger with SAP.

Vicki brings an enormous passion for customers and growth and a wealth of experience across organizations large and small.  As a results-oriented delivery and customer success executive, Vicki has more than 25 years of experience creating and implementing valuable growth and delivery strategies. She joins us from Privitar, where she was SVP of Global Customer Success and Delivery, responsible for all aspects of the customer journey, including onboarding, enablement, implementation, training, and customer support. With additional experience at Oracle, Cisco,, Jobscience, and PwC, Vicki brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in forging new relationships, building and developing high-performing teams, and scaling companies through collaborative growth.
